Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
AdBoost Health ("we", "us") operates www.adboost.health. This policy describes what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.
What we collect
- Booking information. When you book a strategy call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com. We receive the name, email address, and any notes you submit through that flow. Cal.com's own privacy policy governs their processing.
- Newsletter and guide requests. If you request a guide such as the Zero-Ban Protocol, we collect the name and email you submit. We use Resend to deliver the guide and occasional relevant emails from us; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Resend's privacy policy governs their processing as our email provider.
- Email. If you email hello@adboost.health, we retain that correspondence.
- Technical data. Our host (Vercel) processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to serve and secure the site.
- Analytics. We run our own first-party analytics, described in full below. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party trackers.
First-party analytics
To understand which pages and marketing channels bring visitors, this site reports usage events to our own self-hosted analytics system. No data goes to any third-party analytics or advertising company.
- What is recorded: pages viewed, the referring site, campaign (UTM) parameters, the marketing channel we classify the visit into, a device category (desktop, mobile, or tablet, derived from the browser's user agent), country, and a salted one-way hash of the IP address. The raw IP address is not stored.
- Identifiers: instead of cookies, we store a random identifier in your browser's localStorage to recognize return visits. It contains no personal information, expires after 12 months, and is never shared with anyone. A separate session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- Bookings: if you book a strategy call, this random identifier is attached to your booking so we know which marketing channel referred you.
- Opting out: clearing this site's data in your browser (or blocking site storage) removes the identifier. You can also email us to have your analytics data deleted.
How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for calls you request
- To respond to inquiries
- To send you guides you request and related emails you can opt out of
- To understand which pages and marketing channels bring visitors
- To operate and secure the website
Sharing
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with advertising platforms. Data is shared only with the service providers named above (Cal.com for scheduling, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery) as needed to operate the site.
Retention & your rights
We keep booking and correspondence records only as long as needed for the purposes above. Analytics events are retained so we can measure long-term channel performance; the browser identifier that links new events to your device expires after 12 months. To access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@adboost.health. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and, in Quebec, Law 25; visitors from the EU and UK have equivalent rights under the GDPR. We honor equivalent requests from any jurisdiction.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies. Our analytics uses browser localStorage as described above instead of cookies, and only for the first-party purposes listed there. Embedded services (Cal.com) may set cookies necessary for their scheduling functionality when you interact with them.
